We are at the very bottom level and our neighbors upstairs just don’t know how to walk softly and is always waking us up from our sleep. Maybe considering carpet would be nice.

The maintenance team has always been professional and friendly. Generally the items needed are fixed very quickly. I do not have any complaints.
