The management is horrible. I have never had such a bad experience. I had to take legal action against them. They will not fix anything they can't legally be held accountable for. You have to file a lawsuit against them to get them to give you the bare minimum customer service. Driving around the property, you will notice unfinished fixes everywhere. Holes in exterior ceilings/walls. Run-down pet area with metal spikes sticking up. Flooding occurs regularly in the resident parking area. I would... recommend a different company altogether. Nextwave is the management company.
