Overall we love living here. The location is convenient, the apartment is perfectly sized, maintenance is reasonably responsive (and they're all very kind, both maintenance and the office staff). There are bad neighbors, which is true anywhere. People let their dogs use the bathroom literally anywhere, including right in the middle of the sidewalk, and management seems to struggle to be on top of it. Mail is only sporadically delivered, and the parcel lockers are inaccessible after the office... closes, which is annoying and frustrating.

My girlfriend and I love the community we live in. We have great and friendly neighbors around. The resident pool and weight room are absolutely beautiful and clean all the time. This is a great to place to live because we have a beautiful view of the west mountains that we admire.

Parking

The parking sucks here. There’s no parking. You have to get here before 2 pm to get a parking spot on the road if you don’t have a sticker and you only get one sticker per apartment. Even if you have two people driving! The management sucks at keeping updated with things like the maintenance or repairs that they say they will call you back and never do, they ignore your messages all the time! If I could leave I would but we just signed our lease and can’t leave Intel October.
