I am loving my place so far. It is relatively quiet and oddly like the train going by. Haven’t had any issues. I will say the parking, esp. for guests is awful.

I've been highly satisfied over the past two years, with all issues addressed promptly and efficiently. The proximity to the train lines does result in occasional noise, though this has not been a significant concern for me.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the past two years, and any issues have been resolved very promptly. The only minor consideration is the proximity to the train lines, resulting in occasional train noise; however, this has not been a significant problem for me.
