The stairwells often smelled like pet waste, the facilities (hot tub, pet wash, etc.) were often unusable, and the management was rude and unprofessional.

WARNING! STAY AWAY!
When I decided to end my lease early, I was told not only do I have to continue paying the rent through the rest of the lease, but I still have to pay for the parking spots I no longer occupy @ $85/month for 2 spots, I have to still pay utilities even though someone else lives there, I have to pay for my internet and cable even though someone else lives there, my “Brivo” pass which is a key card app on your phone (even though I don’t have access to the property)… does any of this sound correct??... Didn’t think so. I’ve asked to speak to the person that the property manager speaks to several times. I was told they would call me but I can’t have their phone number or email. They never called, or emailed. I was just told by the same person in the office that I was going to be sent to collections for non payment. I will easily win the dispute to have it removed from my report and they likely won’t receive anything at all from me at this point even though I was willing to pay what I actually owe. This is the worst complex you could possibly choose. I barely even got into the reasons this place is terrible, but if you are looking for a good apartment where you won’t be ripped off month after month… do not choose Towerview in Ogden. By the way if the “regional manager” I was told was going to call me actually reads this and decides they want to settle up, call me. Last name is Landis.
Oh one more thing, when you move out, they give you the option to pay a “re rent” fee in hopes that someone will move in the apartment quickly. The electric/gas companies informed us just days after we moved that someone else already moved in, it’s been months and the Towerview staff still hasn’t been honest and told me that someone else moved in. They are still trying to charge me rent because they thought I wouldn’t know when someone else moved in.

Worst place I have ever lived in
This is the worst place I have ever lived in. You would pay a lot of extra fees and the management is so poor. The lift, corridors and garage are very often dirty although you pay for the cleaning service. They are not clear about the extra fees before signing the contract. you will have to fight to get your refundable deposit back. Not recommended at all.

Overpriced
This place will nickel and dime you for everything. The terms to my lease where change due to them implementing solar panels into a couple of the units on the 6th Floor. When I first signed this lease they said oh and a nice feature of this unit is that it is a solar unit, NOT. The addendum stated that they would now be charging a flat rate fee of $60 dollars a month for a one bedroom and $80 for two bedroom for electricity. I am currently in a one bedroom and honestly for one person I... certainly do not use that much electricity to cost me 60 dollars a month and its solar, so technically solar should be cheaper not more expensive. You have no choice in the crappy TV package they make you pay for that is streamed through a Roku which buffers, starts and stops constantly. They also charge 34 a month for cleaning and maintenance of the building when the elevators do not look like they are cleaned daily and also on some of the other floors the carpets in the hallways look disgusting for charging this much for cleaning. Honestly look elsewhere, not worth it all.

Renters beware
This place looks very nice and is nice....but they should not have opened the doors for residents until it was ready. I have lived here for over a month and still have no screen door or screens for the windows.....and still no date on when to expect them to be installed. The windows and doors are paper thin...the AC runs all the time as the windows and doors are so cheap and not installed correctly. The building management is non responsive. They close down the office whenever they like and... you can not get your packages or mail....because the mailboxes are not even completed yet...the TV service that you are forced to use is non reliable and a joke...I would recommend looking elsewhere until they get it together....I am living and paying for the growing pains...not something I wanted to sign up for.....
