We lived here for 18 months. It is the worst place I have ever lived. Furthermore upon moving out we were lied to about our deposit and it was not returned. I have NEVER had a problem receiving my deposit from any previous rental. I am a COMPULSIVE cleaner and actually resorted to performing my own repairs and maintenance on the apartment. I had documented the damage to the walls upon moving in. I have it in writing signed by management yet upon moving out I was charged for painting. I did not... hang up anything and I am being charged for the documented damage. Also they refuse to do a walk through. They are now charging me for cleaning. The apartment was SPOTLESS a when I left. The management even told me that maintenance said the apartment was clean. But now I am being charged for cleaning. I asked what they had to clean. Management stated some appliances. I asked which ones. She refuse to answer and directed me to corporate. I cleaned every appliance including the washer and dryer inside and out. I washed the walls and fans. Seriously. I have called and emailed corporate with NO response. Do not move here. It is unsafe and not maintained well. We are happily paying slightly more money and loving our new place.
