Dixon Place is a beautiful apartment building with a clean and modern look to it. The exposed brick exterior gives it a rustic vibe. The apartments themselves are nice, with a decent layout for some, but they are a bit small considering the price. Overall I'm happy with my decision to move into Dixon Place apartments.

Dixon Place is an oasis in the coolest neighborhood in town: Sugarhouse. The building is well maintained, the apartments are spacious, the atmosphere is high-end and the management is responsive, friendly and cooperative. I highly recommend this place.

I love my apartment! It is so bright and a great layout for my daughter and me! We love the gym! We Love the walk ability to downtown and the park! Friendly staff! And our deck is amazing!

Do Not Rent An Apartment Here
This place is extremely overpriced for what you get. I've been living here for about 6 months and every single month at least 3 days of the month the apartment smells like pure sewage. This place is already falling apart and is less than 2 years old. There are vagrants outside on a constant basis. The garage breaks and doesn't work for multiple days during the month. The garbage chute only works sometimes and typically on a Monday the trash room is stacked to the brim with residence trash. I... would highly recommend choosing any one of the other apartments that you can find in Sugarhouse.
