This place is far too expensive for the living conditions! The apartments like to tell you what you can and cannot have on your patio, rather or not what to hang on your windows, and the rules on the pool are ridiculous! (For a “family friendly” apartment they have a rule stating only 2 ppl max per apartment at the pool) The other amenities are okay. From personal experience, the down stairs neighbors are smokers and we can constantly smell cigarette and marijuana smoke! We moved in during... November, we wanted a five fire in the beautiful fire place, they never turned it on for our unit! In the description it says “air conditioning”. It is not! It is a 1 swamp cooler located in the living room. With the way evaporated cooling works, you have to have a window on the opposite side of the house open so you can have air flow and cool down the house. However, that does not help much when it is 100° outside! One good thing is all the storage, the modern look, and some friendly people!

Don’t get tricked
We were supposed to be moving into a *Diamond upgrade unit* supposed to be modern and clean, well first Kristina told us we would be moving in on the sixth , and then called us and told us the 20th. So we waited and when the unit was “ready” it was an absolute horror. Mold spray painted over broken cabinets, literally everything you would be charged for if you were to move out was everything we was going to move into. Front door busted, baseboards ripped with nails sticking out. Currently about... to give labor to my newborn and there is no way I would even have a child let alone toddler live there. Don’t let the unprofessional people Talk you into anything before you look at the unit we did not get our 150 back. Completely disgusting and so sneaky I’m so glad we didn’t get trapped I can only imagine what other people must go through here. Also don’t be tricked by the model unit either cause it’s NOTHING like what you’ll be moving into. Very sneaky business absolutely Disgusting units and unprofessional employees. What a waste! If I had a way to post pictures of what we were supposed to move into I guarantee you guys would feel the same
