I will start from the beginning. When I first moved in I got sent the wrong contract. I should have taken that as a sign but I believe people are human and mistakes happen. So I didn't even think twice about it. Fast forward to my second week living there, they assigned me a parking spot. I came home to an angry note I had parked in some ones spot. I emailed them to get help, they gave me a new spot. So I switched, the following morning I come out to someone blocking in my car with the most... angry note because I had parked in their spot. I ended up having to uber to work because I couldn't get my car out. So again, I email in and got a new spot. One month later I came home and someone was parked in my spot. So I emailed in AGAIN and got a new spot. My apartments constantly wreaks of weed for months. I asked them what they were doing about it they said trying to find the culprit. Months later same question. They can't figure it out. Meantime I have mold growing in my window and instead of fixing the problem they just come clean it, now the mold is back. I gave a 60 day notice and asked with all of these issues if I could please just give notice and move out. They wrote back no, I have to give 60 day written notice anyway and I will pay out my lease. I have never worked with such terrible management who truly couldn't care less. They changed owners half way through my renting and the cornerstone is absolutely terrible. I swear this place is low income housing and they didn't disclose it. They make all the pictures look intriguing by acting like there is a workout studio within the apartment, you have to pay a full membership for. After all of this I moved out of my apartment deep cleaned it so they could list it (which they said they would do) and haven't heard a work back in days.

Terrible Management
Avoid unless you’re desperate. Despite being one of the first tenants, so many things broke. I was left without AC for over a month and was met with silence/rude responses “have you tried turning it ON”. Elevator was out multiple times, there is poor service so sometimes the remote access app could not connect to open the garage. There is a fire station down the road so be prepared to be woken up throughout the night by sirens. Pilates studio is not included (no resident discount), and resident... ‘common area’ has essentially been stripped of furniture. So if you’re wanting the bare minimum while being charged a premium this is the place for you.

spend your money elsewhere
Living at 27 nine flats for the past year has been a mess. The management is the worst i’ve seen, they rarely reply to calls or emails, and when they do it’s with an attitude for no reason. My roommate even got stuck in the elevator (that constantly breaks)and i had to call the fire department to get her out. when we tried to tell the management they responded two weeks later with a sassy reply and didn’t do anything about the safety hazard. To top it off the internet speed is very inadequate... for the amount of apartments and there’s not even enough parking spaces for half the apartments leased. it’s a nice building and great location but not worth the hassle they put you through.

Awful Management
The management is disorganized, unprofessional, and never available. They never return your calls or emails. My apartment has sewage leaking all over my bathroom and management doesn’t answer their phone.
