The owner and manager are extremely rude. They have about six inspections of your unit w/in a year and you will be given an amount to pay depending on what they fixed or replaced. They do not provide you with a detailed or original receipt(s) for what they repaired or replaced in the unit. Just written $ amounts on a walk through form. For instance, one blind was broken and the entire blind was replaced for $34. Just got the form that says $50 just to replace the blind. They just leave a... notice on your door saying to pay ASAP! Once your rent is late an eviction notice besides the threatening texts messages will be delivered. They are never willing to work with the tenants. They are so mean and evil. So many restrictions on using your patio. They even fired their last landlord and kicked her out of the apartments because the landlord has done her best to help the tenants who need more time to pay their rent. I do NOT recommend this place!! Thinking of contacting GET GEPHARDT regarding this place. They need to be on media so future tenants can avoid trying to rent from here.
