Luxury Garbage

In the past 6 months this place has gone downhill. There’s homeless everywhere, hallways littered, dog crap sitting everywhere not picked up. Not only that at move out they charged a bunch of fees even though we gave the apartment back in the same condition. The ppl in the front office are almost never there so when you have an issue there’s no one to talk to and maintenance orders take months to fix. I wouldn’t recommend elsewhere there’s a lot better trust me

Nice place to live

Great amenities, great staff, a little expensive such as the media package and 85 parking However I’ve paid more downtown so still affordable. Overall love my place and my dog does too!

Beautiful property with great amenities

I’ve lived here the past 6 months and have nothing but good things to say. The amenities are top notch, and having a market for groceries at home is just what I needed.

Very Nice Apartments, HOWEVER....


Just deleted my original review...

Truth is that tons of work is needed to address lack of Customer Service Skills and Professionalism. Very disappointing.
Possibly consider: Along with wanting a review of the property. Maybe you can add the opportunity for the tenants to offer a review on service, with guidelines of course. That should be important to any company.
