How Is This Rating Determined?

New management

Since new staff has been in office the Randi has transform tremendously. I have been living here since February and can say improvement has happened. Prices are a bit expensive but the views and surrounding makes it worth it. Also the mangers host events as well at the apartments.

Units and location equal $$$$

The units are nice, and so is the location. However that’s really where the good ends. The management companies struggle with tasks and let trash get placed anywhere. The garage system is always broken. The garage door is always broken. Like previously stated the only amenity is the roof. So if amenities are something you’re looking for, look elsewhere. If cleanliness is something you’re looking for… look elsewhere. You’ll be paying for not only your apartment and utilities but also the common... areas and required packages on top of your base rent.

This place needs more amenities.
At these price ranges I don't understand the appeal as to why people would move here without more amenities offered. No fitness center, no pool, no dog washing center, etc. We only have a roof top...
