The staff is awesome! they are friendly and respond fast to any concerns! the grounds are kept well for the most part the only issue I've had so far is that it takes a while for the sidewalks to get shovelled in the winter. Over all I have had a wonderful experience here!

Awful management
Never move here!! Trust me I’m saving you a serious headache!! The manager who lives here is awful!!! He will charge you for things that are totally out of your control. Do not expect to get any kind of security deposit back because you won’t. Don’t call in a maintenance request because they will start looking into your renters insurance and charge them for simple maintenance requests. The materials they use are awful (I work in construction I know what good materials are) the carpet frays and... is just garbage and then they will charge you for for it when you move out. Just trust me and don’t move here. Or if your going to move here come talk to some residents nobody will Say anything good about the manager! Nephi is awful!

So HAPPY
My wife, our two young daughters and I love our home at Serengeti Springs. We searched for something nice and within our budget and Serengeti Springs fit the bill and then some! The apartment is spacious, beautiful and clean, and staff is amazing. We moved in on Friday, September 4th and it already feels like home. If you are going to rent an apartment in the Salt Lake Valley, this is the complex to check out.

Rooms are of good size. Apt is handicap outfitted with lower counters and bars in the bathroom with a fold down seat in the tub. Management changes furnace filters, fire alarms and thermostat batteries as well as light bulbs (low energy mercury) in all built in fixtures. There is no external responsibility for painting or yard work. I receive a senior discount and a handicapped discount. There is a pool which is open during summer months and a weight room which is available year around. Parking... is under cover and I have a garage as well. Management is very accommodating and pleasant.

Love it here!
We've renewed our lease twice, and see no reason to move. Clean and well-maintained. Great amount of space for the money. Our 1 bedroom has a huge bathroom that we love! Management is always a pleasure to talk to.
