Don’t move here
They are over priced. They put in a nest which is pointless when the windows are old not insulated. There is many hidden fees. Always cops in and out of here. Car was broken into twice.

DO NOT EVWRER MOVE HERE
Do not ever move into these apartments if you want to keep your sanity. The management is horrible at fixing any issue whether it be a maintenance issue or a unruly neighbor. They will not help you when it comes to any noise issues they would rather take your money can actually help. Do not move here

This is a Slum!
I've lived here for nearly 6 years.
Amenities: Amenities are nearly always closed/broken. The pool/hot tub are closed 80% of the Summer due to "Health code violations". The fitness room is open to all, including children; the result is broken/vandalized equipment that never gets replaced. The fitness room doesn't have ventilation.
Our Apartment: The valve in our fireplace was too old and needed replacing. Instead of replacing the valve, they just shut off the gas to it altogether.
The rain... gutter above our bedroom window has been broken since long before we moved in. The result is years of water and runoff streaming against the window, leaking into the window frame causing water damage. The water deposits on the glass from the years of damage is so thick you can't see out of the window.
The water heater is old and not up to code; it doesn't have earthquake straps nor an expansion tank. Maintenance has never performed service on it, even though all water heaters need to be flushed yearly.
They change the air filters once every 2 yrs, not twice a year. The furnace is 37 yrs old; it takes forever to heat and is far from efficient. The blower motor has gone out twice. The first time they replaced it, now four years later, we get to just live with the replacement being broken. This means not running the furnace or AC.
Speaking of the AC. Ours barely works and it leaks all over the stuff in our storage unit. This last summer we bought a little A/C unit off the internet and used that instead of the one that's included in the apartment. It works amazing better and we cut our electric bill by 65%.
Pests: We’ve seen mice, cockroaches, bedbugs, silverfish, ants, & spiders. There’s a part in the lease stating that any pests you find are your own fault/liability.
The Community: There is always dog crap on the lawns and it makes the place reek. People leave trash on the lawns and in the breezeways. We've witnessed neighbours literally pissing off their balconies. The water feature at the entrance has been "down for repairs" for the last 4.5 years. Some of our neighbours frequently smoke marijuana and it rises through the levels and gets trapped in our apartment, resulting in us returning home to a cloud of skunk scent.
The office staff only cares about getting new renters into the community. Once your lease is signed and you are moved in, you no longer matter and they will not have any interest in helping you.

We understand your frustration regarding the amenities, as we want them to always be readily available for our... residents, and we deeply apologize for the inconvenience. We did have a few projects going on this year updating the restrooms for the pool area, re-tiling done on the hot tub and pouring new concrete to allow a more enjoyable experience for our residents and that did require some closures. Our maintenance team strives to tend to requests quickly and effectively, and should you still be experiencing any issues, we encourage you to submit a formal maintenance request so we may resolve these matters right away. Should you have any problems with pests, please speak with us here at the office, as we have ways of resolving these issues. We understand there are cons to being a pet-friendly community, and we'll work toward better monitoring our grounds' maintenance. Thank you for taking the time to bring these matters to our attention, we'll be sure to take them into serious consideration, as we want all of our residents to always feel comfortable in their homes. Beautiful Apartment Comples with Outstanding Management and Maintenance!
My family signed a home buyer agreement that will let us out of the lease if we find a house! Great idea. The office is very friendly and the maintenance staff is the best we've ever had. We had 3 maintenance issues that were are handled the same day we called. My daughter loves the ducks in the pond. If you're looking for a well-kept apartment for not a bad price, move here! Our covered parking stall is just outside our apartment, and there is plenty of additional parking nearby. They spend... money to keep the outside nice: new paint this year also water fountains were put in the two brooks running through the property. The landscaping is very well maintained. Management is on top of things, and if they can’t answer the phone and I have to leave a message they call right back with what I needed to know. They also replaced our dish washer without us asking before we moved in. Everyone minds their own business and are pretty friendly. We will stay here until we buy a house. Pool & clubhouse are great too!!
