Thank you for your interest. Please read carefully: The rent is actually $3,700 but the good news is you can subsidize it by sub-letting the basement apt by at least $1K. This means that your rent would effectively be $2,700 for 4 bedrooms, 2.5... bathrooms, huge deck, 2 car garage. (Over the past 8 years, my tenants have done this with ease). Alternatively, you could have your in laws live downstairs. (The basement apt has a separate entrance, kitchenette, laundry, etc). Some more good news: your rent would be essentially subsized from the start because there is currently a really good tenant in the basement apt who wants to continue living there. Hopefully, you will want to keep him there and that is entirely up to you and him, I.e. you could have him live there on a month to month basis, do a short-term lease, etc.
The home is in a quiet cul de sac- ideal for a family (even room for in-laws in the 'in-law suite'). It is a 3 level single family home: On the main level are the kitchen, half bathroom, family room, living room, laundry (in the attached garage), and a large deck (link to 360 degree image below); and on a clear day, one can see the Washington Monument from the deck)). All of the 4 bedrooms have blonde, resilient vinyl flooring. The dining room and family room have new carpet (pics will be updated later).
