Really love the building overall, the attention to detail, location, amenities, etc. Love our apartment and the high quality finishes and that the walls do a great job of absorbing sound. The only reason I have feel the building has not earned the 5 stars is the internet/ wifi situation. We have intermittent connection which causes distributions when working and no signal in the gym so hard to do our workout apps from our phones.

The place is beautiful. The location is undeniable because you have the best of both worlds: close to the historic King street with all the shops/restaurants and near DCA for travel purposes. My experience @Oakville has been very pleasurable so far!
All staff have been extremely helpful with the move in and stay so far but especially the Property Manager, Megan...she's amazing!
I will recommend you ALL each time that I get :)
