Just moved in, and the Oakville team here has been amazing ( Morgan, Tomika, and Kerry)! Morgan and Tomika have went above and beyond assisting me with multiple questions I sent in emails or via phone call. They would get back to me usually same day, idk how because I know they’re slammed with other phone calls, tours, emails, and of course the building being new! All 3 ladies are extremely nice, helpful, and honestly genuine when it came to questions or information I was seeking. They’re an... amazing team and I’m lucky to be in a community with members that are kind and diligent!

I truly love it here and I feel like I picked the right place. Only a couple things bother me. 1) The blinds are soooo cheap. Cheap looking and cheap functioning. More modern blinds with the larger slats would have been a nice touch and I bet would last a lot longer. 2) 15 cups of coffee a month, with the price we pay for rent, this is insulting. We can't get one cup a day? Really? Every other apartment complex I visited was unlimited free coffee as much as you want! When I did my tour at... Oakville I was told "free coffee" not "15 free cups a month". Other than that I love it here and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have really loved my time at Oakville so far. The staff have been extremely helpful, the place has been kept clean, and the amenities are superb. I would recommend this place to anyone.
