All the apps and different emails that are used to communicate to stay here is so annoying. It makes communicating and advertising difficult and as a result fewer people will take part in communicating due to the announce. There is this stupid site, there is the residence experience app, I seem to get emails from three different emails and now I don’t even know how to respond to an email because out of the three only one reaches the office and I don’t know which one it is. Then you guys want to... raise rent so I’m paying to be in this difficult and useless communication system.
