This is the worse property I’ve ever lived in. ROACHES EVERYWHERE Trash in elevators, very very thin walls so expect to hear your neighbors conversations. Garage door is always broken so random people come and park. This place is money hungry and doesn’t care about the tenants. Day by day this place gets worse, people are fighting in the hallways, condoms in hallways, violence. Nothing gets fixed. Save yourself the trouble only looks nice from the outside. Oh and don’t expect to EVER get your... packages because it will get stolen every single time. There’s cameras around the building but management won’t handle the issues. Just a waste

Mice Infested
When we first moved into the community, it was like a breath of fresh air. But now I am on the opposite of the spectrum with how I view the community. I have 5 months left on my lease and I am praying for the days to speed by as fast as they can. Living around weed smokers, kids running through the hallways without parent supervision, and now mice jumping from my counter to stove ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I have complained to leasing, to corporate and have been told by Ms Brooks that they currently do... not have a pest control company. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It looks amazing from the street and there's a fab shopping plaza across the street but thats not worth the headaches this property will give you.
