Mostly good other than access issues with outside doors not working, storage unit not working, not enough parking for two cars (for a two bedroom), normal maintenance issues, etc. I will say they are often very good with helping to solve the issues that we do encounter, even if it takes a little bit.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with excellent amenities that add so much convenience to daily life. Staff is super friendly. The houses are as advertised. The common areas are clean, and the neighborhood is great.
I do recommend this complex.

I love the location, i just wish there was more amenities for the price. Also the parking is a joke for the price as well, you only get one parking spot, The guest parking is too expensive. I do think maintenance is pretty great and not to mention fast, and every staff member has been friendly so far. Just wish they would rethink the parking prices as they have also increased sinced i moved in which was during opening

Building and staff is really nice. Gym is small but it's okay if it is not crowded. What I don't like are the hidden fees and payments I need to make. Their portal is really confusing. Overall, I feel it's overpriced.
