Terrible customer service and shady practice

Anything you read on their website is false. They may mislead you into believing a property is available, advise you of this, have you submit an application and pay the 50$ fee, and then inform you that the property is no longer available and the only thing they can offer you is a room in someone else's apartment, forcing you to accept it or lose your money. This is a terrible experience!!!

Worst apartment management and complex in Blacksburg

Worst management to exist. They argue with you without proof and don’t fix a thing. Also for their whole 3 building complex’s they have one full time maintenance and one part time, the bare minimum. Also when the maintenance came to fix our lighting, they blew the fuse and didn’t even turn off the breaker and half the apartments light went out. Also they continued to argue what the problem was with a door that wouldn’t close when it was evident what was wrong. Have had so many problems and these... are only a few of the. Everyone I have talked to would recommend you to move anywhere else including me.

Extreme Negligence

I've been renting here for about a year and have been rent on time every month.
I have received 4 notices that rent was late, and had late fees charged to my account. They were all disputed successfully, but the frequency of this issue shows that management is unwilling to find the source of the problem.
Additionally, I was told about 6 months into the lease that I had not yet paid the security deposit, and I was incredibly lucky to find the confirmation email from 7 months prior that proved I...
had.

Management has changed hands recently, but still has all the old problems. If you have the misfortune to be stuck renting here, keep your receipts!
