The location is great! The apartments are not brand new but I got a renovated one- it’s nice!
I love that the heat/gas/water is included. My electric bill is lower than it was before I moved here.
Maintenance can be slow sometimes but they are kind!

They lie to you about virtually everything just to get you to sign the contract. And when you start raising issues after move-in or you decide you cannot stay, you will have to bear the burden of terminating the contract. BEWARE!!!

They lie to you about everything just to get you into the contract. And when you find some of the claims or facilities advertised are not true and decide to move out, you still have to bear the burden of leaving the contract. BEWARE!!!

First I would like to say Crystal is the most wonderful person I’ve ever met , she has made this entire move in process so easy for me! Everything that I needed done she has exceed my expectations and I can’t thank her enough and I pray God continue to bless her. Beth was a great person as well , when it can to a few things I needed to talk to her about handling . I can’t wait to fill my place with love . Thank you again ladies !!! I really appreciate everything!!
