I have lived here for over a year and at first glance these look like very nice, renovated apartments. However, they have a LIST of issues.
BUGS- My partner and I moved in during the fall/winter and it wasn’t until spring time that we started seeing little brown bugs everywhere. All over the floors near the trim, on the walls, ceiling. They spray each and every year, but it’s evidently not doing enough because they still come back every single time. NEIGHBORS- For the most part, we’ve had... no actual issues with our neighbors. That was until a family moved in down the hall and we started receiving letters slid under the door, with profanity and inappropriate images (drawn/written by children) for absolutely no reason. We have also had to call the front office and police on multiple occasions for children running on the ROOF. As well as running up and down the hallways repeatedly. As another person said, the walls in these apartments are extremely thin and you can hear everything that’s going on. Unsupervised, small children doing whatever they want at all times! SAFETY- Not sure if this is in every complex, but the complex we are in, the door doesn’t fully latch every single time, meaning that anyone can enter during those times. There have been teenagers repeatedly running up the stairwell, yelling things, and going on the roof. MAINTENANCE- My goodness, feel like I’ve written a book so far… AT FIRST maintenance was really on top of things and were very quick and responsive to our requests/needs! Though over time things have gone downhill tremendously. Our dishwasher broke and needed to be replaced and it took nearly 4 months to get a new one. And when we did receive a new one, it was a white standard dishwasher, mixed in with the rest of our STAINLESS STEEL appliances… it eventually was replaced with a stainless steel dishwasher, after I complained about it and we had to wait another week or so to get the new dishwasher.
I truly could elaborate even more, but I think you get the gist. For the amount of money we pay to live here, these issues are unacceptable.

Wouldn’t recommend
Property is poorly maintained inside and out. Maintenance tickets go unanswered. Parking is unassigned, and limited. Very noisy, and walls are paper thin. Railroad track runs directly behind the apartments, and causes them to shake.
