A quiet lakeside community that is well-maintained and very near ample shopping and travel opportunities. I've been a resident for nearly 5 years and it has been consistently pleasant to live here.

The neighborhood is clean and maintained very well. The office staff is friendly and always goes the extra mile to make their residents happy. It’s a safe and quiet neighborhood, with the occasional one loud disrespectful neighborhood, but that doesn’t reflect Windsor at Fairlakes. I would recommend this complex to anyone!
