From the time I submitted my rental application, I was living in my new apartment within three weeks. It's a beautiful location and the interior is very well-equipped.

I had an approved rental application and was told a unit would be available back in June. Then after multiple follow ups was finally able to settle on a move in date in August only to find out several days later that the unit reserved for me was no longer available. They tried to sell me on another unit, but I would have to take it sight unseen. I asked for 24 hours to think about it and they said “no”. Basically commit now or potentially lose out.

They will rent out an apartment from under you. While looking to live here we had two apartments “put on hold” for us until we could see it in person. False. They rented it out to someone who was willing to rent it without looking first. Scummy. This happened twice. Both times we were told they would let us see it first before moving forward with other renters.

This is a great Community to join. If you are looking for beautiful surroundings in and outside of your door, this is the place for you. I am moving in shortly and the staff have been very accommodating. The residents have been helpful and are willing to give you an extra hand and good advice. I am sure that there may be a challenge or two upon moving in, but I feel like all in all, this is the best place for me and my dollar.

This property is alright for college kids. This place is centered around a home in which they made into an office. The upscale gym is located downstairs, nothing upscale about it. Its like going over a friends house and working out in their room. It needs a upgrade immediately. The walls are too thin in which i can hear my neighbors tv and conversation. The apartments looks nice on the inside and one thing that i do like about it is the key fob. Fix the gym and do something about all that dog... poop. Read More
