I think this is a great place to live for the price point. The property is fairly secluded but conveniently located next to Target, Wawa, Publix, Sheets, and a few places like Spice Thai )(do it!) and a couple awesome Mexican restaurants.
I've been here since 2019 and I can say that the management has changed over time for the better. The new management really seems intent on working with the community and meeting everyone half-way in any issues that arise.

Poor
Upon move in day we were told we can come sign or lease and get keys as early as 9:30am (when the office opens). We get to Allure and our lease was not even put together. We left and came back signed our lease but now no keys are cut for our apartment while the leaser (Jessica) went to lunch, even though i specifically spoke to her and let her know i was on my way back. We left and came back a third time for the keys, at this point it’s about 3pm. Fast forward to a month later we had to sign new... leases because the rent amount given to us was wrong.. not by much but still wrong and had to be re-signed. We were given the usual move in checklist, letting maintenance know if anything minor needed to be fixed. It took 5 WEEKS, for maintenance to come to our apartment after multiple emails and calls to the office. Though maintenance came they fixed NOTHING that we asked them to. After another week and a complaint to the corporate office our work orders were complete. Now on Christmas Eve we come home, the front door is UNLOCKED. The balcony door was LEFT FULLY OPEN leaving the apartment freezing cold. Immediately we went to the office the door was opened however the office was dark because nobody was at work. We then called the police and emergency maintenance was called. (This happened to us and the apartment under us!!!) The couple that works maintenance was very polite and gave us as much help as they could and changed our locks. One of the property managers (Cassandra) made it clear to us that 1. She would check the cameras 2. That she would check the key fob system. At this point we are being told “we have done all we can”. So once again the office staff has fallen short! Jessica actually said to our face “if you didn’t see anything missing, she doesn’t see the big deal”. Since being here (2 months), a leaser (Tanya) has quit, there is a new property manager, one of the maintenance ppl have left all due to how the property is ran. no cameras at all when there is clear evidence of obstruction here. Everyday we come home there is foul language written on the walls. We were told to make sure this situation gets handled and not swept under the rug, because that is typical behavior for the office staff. we feel unsafe we continue to call and ask office staff for a real resolution. Jessica just absolutely does not care and Cassandra actually has an attitude because “she is offended” that we feel she isn’t doing her job.

Look elsewhere
Property Management is a joke. Poor planning and send emails to residents to make and cancel plans and they allow construction to continue on until the late evening when we are trying to relax and enjoy family time. They are also gossipers. There are other new properties in the area at similar prices. Avoid at all costs.
