They have HORRIBLE management! Constant issues upon keeping the home up to date. Constant AC Unit problems, they refuse to do any updating. MOLD IS A MAJOR ISSUE in these homes. Celiengs falling, cracks in walls and floors, . There’s only 1 maintenance guy in which if it’s not an extremely serious situation they will not come and fix anything and if/when they do it takes a few months and it gets done half way. Honestly disgusted with leasing agent and complex! Would NOT recommend!

Church creek is quiet environment to live but on the other hand their rental unit have several Maintenance repairs problems . Most in important but by far is Heating And AC HVAC system it most hot uncomfortable experience ever due lack air Circulation inthe units it seem to be a problem in most to all unit you can just drive by and see AC units in most to all renters window with cardboard and also can become very expensive to many renters utility bill,also it an eye sore to diminish to property... appearance and value. Second is the plumbing system is always a back up and when you call it in they reply it not an emergency when you can’t cook in the kitchen without proper drainage or flush your toilet or standing tub with backup drainage water. The property was also poorly paint it is as if they paint right over the stickers and tabs on the wall not properly stripping and priming before painting the walls, like it wouldn’t be noticeable. Poorly painted unit and there several other thing that has not been care for or repaired when I know they can clearly see and they promise to fix but clearly dragging their feet now going about 2 month When I first move there was dirty filtration and musty smells when I was told filter had been change and clean But my pictures show a different story it’s as if church creek management don’t care about their renter living conditions cause their an excuse after excuse and the repairs clear could been resolved by now even minor repair such as the rusty Fence locks that clearly don’t work properly and no vent cover for my vents for ventilation nor does it HVAC system work properly I wouldn’t recommend this complex for anyone to stay in these conditions and feel it my duty to let other know So they don’t have to go through or experience this injustice that current renter are experiencing here at church creek I’m just being honest.

If I could would give Zero, Quiet place to live but management néed take reservations tenants Repairs promptly and efficiently!

Piece De Resistance!
Minutes from the beach and a beautiful deck. The piece de resistance, a bonus Deck entrance from the bedroom. Awesome perk! Full size washer/dryer included. Great value for your buck!
