To apply: (if no rent special) - There will be a $50.00 application fee per person or per married couple. - We will need a valid driver's license, 4 most recent pay stubs, and your SS card to apply. - Must gross at least 3 X's the rent per person, or per married couple. - No recent evictions, prior judgments or recent bankruptcies. All judgments MUST be satisfied in FULL with proof of letter with a certified signature. Pet restrictions will apply. -There is a $300.00 NON Refundable Pet Fee PER pet - A $25.00 fee for pet rent for the first pet, and a $15.00 pet rent fee for the second pet.
