It’s a great place that’s always kept clean and they do fun things for residents and the amenities are awesome staff is so cool and they fix things on time and correctly and the community is so friendly and helpful they gave me support when I was moving in.

great staff! loved the amenities of 865 east, including the yoga studio, the gym and the rooftop lounge. I really also like that they have a trash shoot.

the maintenance is pretty quick and the parking is easy to deal with. bedrooms and living rooms are really nice. wish there was more kitchen space and maybe a pantry
