The person I spoke to there was very rude & unsympathetic with my circumstances, she made me cry. I'll live in my car before I ever try to rent from them.

I have had many problems with this place ever since I moved in 2 years ago and mentioned it has black mold which they still refuse to acknowledge that it does. I never receive a lease renewal reminder nor did i receive a rent increase notice (very drastic increase) while other tenants I know did receive them. Patricia the property manager is very unkind and very rude. Never answers the phone, every once in awhile will email back. Doesn't work with you on any issues and usually doesn't want to... hear about it. If anything breaks good luck getting it fixed. My AC went out while I was on vacation and I got back and put in 2 maintenance requests, (there is no separate number for maintenance) called and emailed twice to have it fixed because it is 92 plus degrees out and was a little hotter inside. I was told someone would be over to fix it soon and hours and hours later nobody has came to fix it. 2 days later it got fixed There has been so many other issues but never resolved and all I get is attitude when I mention them. The neighborhood is great and never any problems just with management and maintenance. Just called to see if any town homes were available and the management was being rude and unprofessional. When I asked her if there were any units available the only response she gave me was “no”. Whoever the lady is answering the phone is very rude and disrespectful, hanging up multiple times in the middle of the call just because she was too lazy to help. Don’t waste your time here. It’s honestly not even worth the struggle.

This is a fantastic place to live. Everyone from management to other tenents is very friendly. Units and grounds are well maintained, as is the gorgeous pool area. I would recommend this community to anyone who asked.

I love living here. The atmosphere is lovely. The management is the best and very friendly. Everything is up to date and mainted very well. They also have a comfortable swimming pool and a playground for kids. And its seconds away from all the stores you would ever need.
