The apartments are nice and the area is great. However, the my washer/dryer and refrigerator are extremely small. My dishwasher also is not actually connected to the counter and comes out from under the counter whenever I use it. The closet is also not as functional as I believe it to be. The shelving in it is not like the apartment I viewed and it waist space where I could put clothes. I was also nervous about moving in because the leasing manager did not make me feel welcome. Aaron did not... explain the amenities or simple things like how to pay the bills online or receive packages. When I came to view the apartment, he was just as rude, disorganized, and talked on the phone the entire time. On move-in day, he was so rude that I felt like I made a mistake moving in. It made me wonder if going to the front office for assistance was going to be a hassle. As a former leasing agent, they should be ashamed of who they have representing them and leasing their apartments.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I lived here for a year. The leasing office many times would be closed for hours with an "out touring property" sign hanging on the door.Horrible customer service from the property manager. The leasing consultant on the other hand is very courteous. In my living here, I preferred to speak with her rather than the manager. Even though, being firm is necessary, being apathetic & just rude at times isn't a great quality when residents have to come to you for issues. The parking situation in horrid.... There are maybe between 6-9 visitor parking spots. They do not replace the carpet in-between residents. They have someone clean them unless they are not salvageable. The storage offered at a price is simply a fence around the wall of the garage and your belongings go in-between the fence & the wall. They told a resident who was resigning their lease that they couldn't downgrade to a smaller apartment. They have residents using the washer and dryers in vacant apartments when theirs are broken. Instead of having them fixed or replaced. There are fees added from what I've now been told by a current resident. $15 for trash disposal, $15 for an amenity fee to be paid each month when paying rent. $15 for trash because people clogged up the trash chutes is one thing but, for every resident every month to pay $15 for an occasional fix. That's a hefty salary for whichever company they're using. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Very Poor!!! You are not getting what you pay for!!
Renter beware!! The gym equipment is ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS broken. They will tell you that they are "waiting on parts" ok for what you pay for rent, after a while just buy new machines. They added an "ameneties fee" that took place the first of the year that has many of us scratching our heads to figure out what new amenities we got for the fee????? We all came to the conclusion that it is a colorful way to jack up the rent.
Last summer they had a maintenance man entering peoples apt... stealing from one lady in particular taking her jewelry and selling it to a cash convertor. He came back, entered her apt again and stole a check from her, and forged it for himself. How is that for making you feel safe?????????? We have our old maintenance man back and we are in much better hands but knowing the manager, she will mess that up yet again.
Wait until you try to move out, you can be the best renter the whole time that you are here and they will still try to mess with you when you go to leave. So, do your homework and look for a better place to live. One where you will be safer, in better hands and the office staff will treat you much better. It is worth your time and effort.
I think the reviewer below meant that when you renew for a shorter period than one year, they gouge you with a $500 per month increase to your rent. They did that to me but it was well worth it to leave.

No customer service!
My wife and I walked in to the office the lady was on the phone and she did not acknowledge us there no eye contact or anything she ignored us for entire 15 minutes and after she got off the phone she still didn't make eye contact I opened the door then she said she is wrapping up her phone call and she will be with us in few minutes. That was the time we walked out without getting any information. I guess her phone call was more important than filling up their empty apartments!
