As someone with 8 months of experience, I can say for sure that everything is rosy as long as you don't have any problems.
It has an extremely careless management. Here are the reasons.
1 - I was forced to wait 4 weeks instead of getting my money back due to a payment problem caused by their own mistakes. I can't even imagine the problems I would have had if I had waited 4 weeks to pay.
2 - I changed apartments but despite it being written in the contract, I was fined $250 without any... evidence, I guess Brentford needs even 1 cent :)
3 - The garbage rooms are literally filthy, your own garbage can be considered hygienic when compared to a garbage room.
4 - You can't use the elevator whenever you need it because someone is constantly moving, and you can see how right I am from what I wrote here.
I'm forced to stay because the contract is still ongoing, I'll leave as soon as it ends.

just dont move .
There won't be any security cameras even in the garage, it is public (they charge for it, but there is no difference from street parking.) They're not responsible for any item. Four elevator exists but is hard to use (broken & unavailable). Loud music is constantly coming from other houses, but no one intervenes.
I wish I hadn't moved.

Overall a bad place to live
Would not let residents install security cameras on their own door for safety purposes which is not even prohibited in the leasing agreement while it is perfectly okay for management team to let garage door remain unfixed for months which caused several cars to get stolen. Seems like safety is not allowed in this community.
