They say they care about each and every resident, but I assure you that you do not want to live here. Luxury does not describe this place. We once had to have the fire department come out because there was an electrical fire in the outdoor storage closet where the HVAC is. The property manager never inquired or reached out to us. Nothing!! All they care about is money, and the so-called amenities have declined. You will be much better served by looking for a house to buy, because what they... are charging for rent is absurd. The pool is almost always dirty, and the grilling stations with nice granite counters were not cleaned for about 3 years straight. We did not want to even sit at those counter spaces, much less put a plate of food on them. Also, they do not routinely check the grills for gas, even when it is a holiday weekend when residents might have guests and want to grill food. There is so much more, but I will leave it at that.

We promptly notified the community about this issue once we... determined the cause and solution. Turn Around and Don’t Look Back
I’m on the ground floor and I had flooding due to exterior structural damage. I explained in great detail and included photos. They “fixed” it. However, I mysteriously had flooding yet again a month later! I paid a double electric bill both times due to the ServPro equipment. Yay! I have an assigned EV charging station yet they don’t have a towing service for when someone parks there and I cannot charge my vehicle for work. The icing on the cake is their ResidentPortal. Until this July, you... couldn’t set up auto payments without incurring a rather large fee to do so. This was recently updated, but it caused a late payment when I initially set it up. I found out 6 weeks later that I owed a late payment of $148 plus attorney fees. Long story short, avoid this apartment complex at all costs as it’s one issue after the next. Hope this was helpful to prospective renters!

Owner
The owner only cares about making money. The apartments are nasty and the walls in the hallway are all beat up. The elevators are never cleaned and smell. Do not live here!!!!!! They try to control your parking and every move you make. Terrible staff and money hungry owner
