He is responsive to phone calls and emails, goes the extra mile for residents, and has excellent customer service skills. We like that he walks through the community ensuring that the property is running efficiently.

Like I said, I like it here. Chickahominey Bluff offers 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and all the apartments in my building are 2 bedrooms, if you rent a 3 bedroom you will be in a building with all 3 bedroom apts. I do enjoy living here. My section of the building is quite and I've had good neighboors. No one bothers me. Check it out you may like it too!

I really love the surrounding of Chickahominy (away from the world, smile). Walking, sitting on the balcony enjoying the fresh air, meeting your neighbours and to have your pet. Likes and suggestions: The community is very quiet and peaceful.
