When I moved here there was only 1 trash can and one recycling bin. I begged them for months to get more, especially considering more people would be moving in. First they threatened fines for leaving trash out by the cans despite not giving us anywhere to put it. Still, I had to convince them to add 2 more.
They use Appfolio which charges you 2.49 just to pay your rent
I messaged a property manager about being locked out and she never responded, complete disregard for my physical safety.
Their... late fee is a whopping 10%
They charged me $250 because my friend brought their dog over! I was wrongfully accused of owning a pet. I explained the situation and still they didn’t care.
My closet light has been on “back order” for 5 months
My door has to be forcefully held shut so it locks properly. Ive made multiple maintenance requests for this.
