My air conditioner leaks causing mold and and a stain in the hallway and ceiling. Rodent issues that tenants have to exterminate ourselves. My daughter's apartment hasn't been prepped properly! I can't wait for my lease to expire! I had enough of it

DO NOT MOVE HERE
Terrible customer service and communication from day one, I paid my deposit an entire month before they moved me in, they told me my move in day was one day then when I showed with a uhaul truck they tried to push mf back 2 more days, once finally moved in the SECOND day I had seen 3 roaches within 6 hours THEN the water leaked through the ceiling so bad over the dining room that the light fixture fell and broke at that a huge puddle in my DINING room , I moved back out the very next day it took... them 2 months to refund my money back. Rental office is extremely rude and always states “we’ll call you back” and will never actually do so. It is an unsanitary and unsafe environment DO NOT MOVE HERE

Horrible communication
I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with the level of service I have been receiving since move in date . I have been living here a little shy of two months from day one it’s been a miscommunication. I am currently awaiting a work order to be fulfilled from move in. My ceiling in my bathroom has been leaking since week 3 of move in. And to my understanding the contractors are on the way . I’m just wondering if they came to you guys house because they can’t have my address as I have yet to see ANYONE. It is... super frustrating and I’ve had it up to here with the office people. I will be reaching out toe Frye property management for a direct response wish me luck . I really would give it zero stars for my experience from move in until now .

It’s ok for the price
I stayed close to the leasing office side. This side is pretty quiet honestly however the walls are truly paper thin. I can hear every phone conversation my neighbors have. The upside is there’s plenty of outdoor space for children to play. I don’t have a back yard because it faces the street so i just get a cement patio kind of. No roaches or anything in the year I’ve been here. But the ladies in the lease office change a lot and each of them are rude and nasty. The maintenance team never wants... to fix anything. Ever. My mailbox door has been broken the entire year that I’ve lived here. Mail has been stolen out my box so many times i barely bother to check it. I only order stuff if it comes to my door. The master bedroom is pretty small too. It barely BARELY fit my king size bed set. Just the bed and dresser fit. I put my night stand in my sons room
