I like The Grand at Newport because while it is more affordable than other places. It has older buildings but the maintenance team and managementhas been doing a great job renovating and does a great job of meeting our needs promptly and they are very friendly and professional!

Dont bother applying. Theyll require you to put $100 down just to apply, on top of the application feDont bother applying. Then theyll give you the run around until your forced to look elsewhere due to any deadline you have. Then tell you because your approved you cant get your $100 back.They wont call you back and if you call them theyll just... ignore the call or say anyone that can actually help is in a meeting.
