This... house is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of St. Mary's Hospital, Libbie and Grove shops/restaurants, St. Christopher's, and the University of Richmond. The kitchen and living area are spacious. There is a lot of space for the renter to store kitchen items as well. There is a large front and back porch in addition to a large backyard. I'm a teacher.
