Only moving in after this Friday, Dec. 20, but Lauren and management has been great! The tour through the community before I signed the lease was great and they convinced me to sign up for one year.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The area is very neat and well maintained, creating a pleasant and comfortable environment. I feel safe in the neighborhood, which is a top priority for me. Plus, it's incredibly convenient to have grocery stores, hospitals, and schools nearby. Everything I need is just a short distance away, making daily life much easier and more manageable.

I'm really enjoying my time here at Avia. There's lots of amenities that come with the community that are great. I've been having some reoccurring maintenance issues with my dryer, but other than that, it's great here.
