I lived in a 2br for a year from when it was brand new. We had numerous appliance issues, but overall it was nice. I downsized to a 1br after my lease ended and now I have to smell a very strong odor of marijuana every single day. All of my clothes and belongings now smell like it. I have received little to no help from the leasing office. The small dumpsters on site are usually overflowing. They rarely cut what grass is left. There's a dead tree that will soon fall on someone's car. Very... poorly managed apartment considering the cost.
