She’s been great since I first made the call to the leasing office, since then expertly finding out my apartment needs and providing me with in-depth tours of the apartments and amenities of this brand new, very well-situated luxury apartment complex. Her professional yet personal nature and depth of knowledge have made the tours, apartment selection, paperwork, and move-in a breeze and a truly pleasant experience... .
The apartment complex comes with: * comfortable floor plans * a close proximity to restaurants, parks, & the city (right across the river) * luxury finishings both in the apartments, as well as throughout the amenities & other common areas * a lively community and plenty of regular community events organized by the management team

Great place to live!

Perfect place for a young couple!
We just moved in and can say we are absolutely thrilled with our decision to move here! Matthew was extremely helpful on our tour. He took the time to go over our needs and showed us several units that fit our criteria and also engaged in conversations with us to make the experience more memorable. Application process was very easy and smooth and we were approved in a timely manner. Rachel has also been helpful updating us throughout the process as well. We are so happy to be here!

Gorgeous property with great amenities
Instantly fell in love with the property as soon as I stepped into the lobby! Everything is beautiful - from common areas to apartments to amenities. The staff is professional and attentive; they’ve been so helpful and accommodating! I’m so excited to move in!
