I have had a problem with mold going on 2 months, the air conditioner doesn’t properly cool the apartment on hot days. I have called and placed numerous work orders. They say they are coming but they don’t. The trash at the dumpster is overflowing every weekend. I love the look of my apartment but they need to fix the problems. The office is hardly ever open.

TERRIBLE
Place is terrible ! Rats roaches spiders ! Stove doesn’t work window doesn’t no screen on windows leasing office doesn’t care ! I been here since February and it has been such a traumatic experience for me ! Be aware please !

As a home this is a wonderful to live.
The apartments are completely morden. Everything in good and working condition. Ample parking. Quiet neighborhood. I take any time with no problem. And the management staff are so efficient,and good listeners too.
