Morton Building (Great place to live, just don't be late on rent)
I've been living here for 2 years and it has been one of my favorite apartments since I've moved to Richmond, VA, great location, great maintenance team that handles your request with in 24 hours, and no bugs or rodents. The price is very affordable compared to other places, I just warn you about one thing, don't be late on rent.... don't matter what the reason is, they won't drop the late fee, that's the only thing I have to say about their management. Management is okay, but they don't care if... you were a victim of credit card fraud, and about 60% of your money was taking out of your account, and you were never late on rent but just this time(which was my case), you will still have to pay their 10% late fee.
Other than that, the Morton building is a great place to stay if you're going to pay your rent on time every month don't matter what.
