I have lived here for about 2 years and I still feel and love the peace of the neighborhood and location. It’s tucked away but not far from the main roads and shops. The staff in the office and on the maintenance team are very approachable and friendly and polite.

There is trash on the stairs leading up to the apartment no one cleans up and the whole place smells like marijuana all the time

The employees at the Timbers have always been kind, courteous, professional, and always tending promptly to the needs of the residents. They deliver response within a reasonable amount of time, and most times, pretty quickly. I want to thank the Timbers for all they do.
