I have lived here for about 2 years and I still feel and love the peace of the neighborhood and location. It’s tucked away but not far from the main roads and shops. The staff in the office and on the maintenance team are very approachable and friendly and polite.

There is trash on the stairs leading up to the apartment no one cleans up and the whole place smells like marijuana all the time

The employees at the Timbers have always been kind, courteous, professional, and always tending promptly to the needs of the residents. The Timbers is a quaint little elevated community in Bon Air. The staff is extremely polite and responsive to any questions or concerns. It is quiet at nighttime and most neighbors are friendly. We tend to look out for each other, even if we've never spoken to each other before, other than occasional head nod as you walk passed them during the day. Couldn't be more happy with an apartment complex.
