The Timbers is a quaint little elevated community in Bon Air. The staff is extremely polite and responsive to any questions or concerns. It is quiet at nighttime and most neighbors are friendly. We tend to look out for each other, even if we've never spoken to each other before, other than occasional head nod as you walk passed them during the day. Couldn't be more happy with an apartment complex.

The Timbers is a nice chill place to live. I’ve been here about a month and my apartment is quiet and I don’t hear my neighbors. The staff is very nice and get my requests resolved very quickly.

I was scheduled to have subfloor replaced on a certain date. When I went up to the office to let them know that the subfloor had collapsed further down, maintenance had come down right away and rescheduled for an earlier date. I just would like to say that the team at the Timbers is always professional, courteous, hard working, friendly, and always on time (sometimes there before the time) I appreciate everything the maintenance team has done to take care of the needs of the community. Thank you... guys! You guys are great!!!??
