Please be aware of what you are moving into. Elevators break constantly as well as the garage doors. They have recently put in new systems at the door and that has been broken for weeks. My mother is a resident there and is moving out because of a roach issue. After knowing about the issues for 2 months they have had a professional come in only once. Multiple treatments are needed but they are not doing that. Their solution is placing sticky traps around the apartment. We have had to... purchase our own spray and have sprayed for weeks with nothing. There are a few thousand dollars of belongings that we can't take to a new apartment because of the lack of response.

DONT MOVE HERE
My car has been broken into three times while in the parking garage. Packages have been stolen. Bonadventure is the worst management company.

Please Read For Your Own Sake
As someone who has lived here for almost 2, and have seen the change of hands in management I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. I am speaking as a concerned resident who wants change.
Since 2023 multiple cars have been literally broken into while parked in the parking garage we pay for monthly. Personal property stolen. People running down the halls and kicking/banging on doors. Elevator broken for over 6 months. 2am fire alarm going off with no explanation the following days/weeks to... come. Overall, no relevant/consistent communication on these serious, relevant, safety issues from our property managers. No actions have been taken to stop/prevent these incidents.
We call the nonemergency number for the police (per the advice of management) and unsurprisingly they’re very familiar with Vida East.
Please consider/prioritize your own personal safety before committing to a place like this.

Don't Give Them Your Money
Everything seems nice at first, but if you have a problem with your unit, maintenance will gaslight you and try to make you believe there is no problem. Managers on site are nice, but corporate will not answer your calls or call you back if you leave messages. It cost $100 extra a month for garage parking, yet the garage door has been broken for months. The garage door remains open, unable to shut, allowing anyone to walk in and have access to your car. It even got stuck with the garage door... down once preventing tenants from being able to leave. They took away the cable that was included in the rent but did not decrease the rent. Seems like they like to take tenants' money and do the absolute bare minimum for the tenants.
