Lovely place, my children like the community. A decent walk from the apartments to the grocery store. Neighbors are very friendly, besides the women under me. She’s not too happy with black people moving in.

I appreciate how quickly things are taken care of on the property. They are quick to respond whenever there is an inquiry about something. I appreciate that!

Quiet, no loud music and sometimes they have activities in the club house. Place is good for pets and family and kids. Have a nice walk outside.

My experience with Aquia has been disappointing due to several ongoing issues that seem to be ignored. One of the biggest concerns is the lack of communication—they do not listen to attendance concerns, dismiss recommendations, and show little regard for personal property.

Additionally, there are ongoing issues with the community environment. Neighbors allow their pets to roam without leashes, and many fail to clean up after them, creating an unsanitary and unpleasant situation. Despite these... concerns, there seems to be little enforcement or action taken.

Other issues include poor lighting in certain areas, making it feel unsafe at night, and a general lack of supervision. Unfortunately, rather than addressing these problems, Aquia often provides excuses instead of solutions.

While this place has potential, serious improvements in communication, enforcement, and maintenance are necessary. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements meaningful changes. Read More
