Awesome place and the leasing office has been very helpful with my move-in process. I was able to attend one of the evening mixers and met some of the residents. I look forward to attending more of these in the future.

My Experience at The Jameson at Kincora
Moving into The Jameson at Kincora has been such a great experience! The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with energy-efficient appliances and smart home features. I love having access to the resort-style amenities, especially the rooftop patio with fire pits and grills—it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.
The staff here is incredibly friendly and responsive, and the maintenance team is always prompt and reliable.... The community is clean, well-kept, and perfectly located with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and hiking trails.
Living here truly feels like a balance of urban convenience and natural beauty. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to make The Jameson my home!

The management and maintenance staff are great.
