Management
Licie the assistant property manager was very helpful to us. Everything was done fast and efficient was we needed it due to moving so soon. Very professional and pleasant to work with. As far as the apartment, it’s nice , big closet’s space . You can’t hear your neighbor next to you. I like that. If you need them to fix anything they do it quickly. We have only one issue that hasn’t been resolved yet but I hope this will get fix soon. I love that is gated so that makes you feel secured.

Trash, bugs, lack of response from management
There is trash all over the place. Residences leave it in the hallways for days at a time. The office staff does not follow up. They claim that they encourage “personal responsibility”. They do not clean the property. Bugs are a problem due to the trash. A few of the units are dealing with bug bugs. Never had a Maintenance request finished without asking the office 3x. Residences clean out their cars in the parking lot (regularly can find trash and dirty diapers). Office staff changes regularly.... They give less than 24 hours notice for regular maintenance . They will knock as they walk in to your apartment. They do not care about the people that live in the community. Everything is reactionary. You can never get a response from the supervisor. They turn and burn. I wish I never moved in.

Luxury apartments
I love this gated community! The staff is friendly and they treat you like family. I am always up to date on any maintance or community events going on at the apartment. Never had a problem with getting maintance work done in my apartment. Extremely professional!!! Highly recommend them!!!!
