Currently live here but will not for much longer. There is a hole in my ceiling that has been there for over 6 months I have put in multiple request to have it fixed. They have entered my apartment with out warning or my permission. They towed my vehicle because of the inspection sticker being out of date, which is my fault but having the vehicle of a tenant that pays rent on time every month causes no problems and has tried to work with them over this roof leak and hole is just ridiculous. Also... the key fob doors have never worked crack heads can come sleep on the steps inside the building. thieves can run around the building stealing and doing whatever they want. if you put in a work order for repairs they will mark it complete with out even looking at it. Do not move here I know the price makes it seem with it but looks can be deceiving. Upon signing the lease we only saw a model not our actual complex. Then when we actually got inside the place there were roaches in the cabinet on our first day there!!! They deny any wrong doing for anything. avoid at all cost.

The application process was easy, all the staff I've ever encountered, whether it be the office staff or the field staff, all are very courteous, requests for jobs to be done within the apt are always done within a reasonable time if not immediate. The pool is fabulous, so of course u wonder, why doesn't many swim in it. There are always doggie poop bags on the premises. If anything is a strike against them it is a lack of respect within neighbors themselves and its usually the same few, the... typical complaints of louder music or LOUD running down the thin carpeted wooden steps & landings. Folks allow the front door to slam , never considering those on the 1st floor have to hear that constantly.Most noise levels can be avoided if there were a sense of respect. But most people are decent folks. When considering the rent, it's a good buy . Never heard of any vandalism or theft. Good location, grounds kept up well due to great field staff.. Horrible apartment complex ! Management is never available, guests cars get towed constantly with the quickest tow I've witnessed be 15 minutes after a guest parked and came inside. Maintenance is unresponsive to pre existing conditions to rental. Bathrooms are atrocious with peeling paint and falling apart fixtures. Normally I wouldn't say I'm mad just disappointed, but in this case I'm both Mad and disappointed.
