The new management staff is amazing. What a change a week will make. I am looking forward to being able to enjoy my apartment home, under this personable, knowledgeable, and efficient staff. I've rented here before, place was infested with roaches, there's been MULTIPLE shootings and there was black mold in my bathroom they just PAINTED over... I asked if I could get a doctors note to get out of my lease cause I was pregnant at the time it was unhealthy and unsafe they agreed so I did then they still sent me a balance in the mail with a collections agency. Absolute HORRID management too!!!

Let me sum this up in my experience: I sued over a half flooded apartment, won, and these bitter-bodies have sent dent collectors after me. Get ready for condemnable living conditions or lengthy legal battles.
