Clean, quiet. Within walking distance of Walmart if you can make it past the construction on Laskin. Biggest downside probably the water shutoffs if you're home during the day.

My experience so far with living at The Courtyards of Chanticleer has been nothing short of amazing! From the application process, to move in day, to maintenance, everything has been extremely accessible and easy! I feel the community is extremely safe and well kept. Every employee I have come into contact with has been helpful and extremely friendly. The whole team does an awesome job!

The leasing office main asset is Jackie, excellent customer experience. The Maintenance crew Jaimie, Mike and Rainer, are very knowledgeable and also a great asset to CO Chantircleer. They are friendly with my dogs, and listen to your concerns.
