This is a great place to live, quiet, safe and peaceful. I’ve lived here for 10 years and can’t say anything bad. Maintenance is always prompt and the service is awesome. Would recommend this property to anyone.

A great complex. It does has its ups and downs like all apartment complex's but I do believe Chanticleer has more more positives then negatives.
