It gets very loud at night. People blasting music. Dogs running lose and there have been some auto break ins.
I just got an uncomfortable feeling living there and they won't break the lease under any circumstances.

Nice neighborhood
The staff is friendly and the neighbors are respectful of each other. Bonus is that is close to a lot of shops and the beach is a 15 min drive.

Rude
For how expensive this place is, nothing seems to work properly. The staff is rude, especially the assistant. She doesn't do her job, and then claims she did and you just "forgot". This not only happened to me, but other residents as well. They need to work on the type of people they hire. I am not impressed.

Nice place, unwelcomed guests
I love my apartment and the complex I'm in, but I often find a dozen or so geese and ducks outside of my apartment. They commonly like to attack and run at me when I come home. Hence all the geese droppings around the place. There's also a lot of bugs that get into my apartment because of the pond in the complex. Still love it! Just don't love the angry geese or bugs.

Great location! Close to everything!
Willow Lake Apartments is a awesome place to live. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. They worked with us to help our move go as smooth as possible which is very much appreciated as a person in the Military. The units are clean and maintenance does a great job with the upkeep as well as responding to any maintenance that needs to be done in the apartments in a timely manner. My favorite part about this place is that you are minutes away from everything. If you like to be in the... middle of everything Willow Lake Apartments is a great choice!
